Here you can create calendars and add availability, price, status, information for days and hours.

Important information

Availability is not set by default. Because of the big number of possibilities that exist, we cannot set a default for all business models. Follow the below instructions on how to create a calendar and set availability to it.

Close all Open all
Add a calendar
  • Step 1 - Click the plus button to add a new calendar.

After you clicked the button, the calendar will appear in the list below.

Set availability in a calendar
  • Step 1 - Select the calendar from the list to display the information.

  • Step 2 & 3 - To set availability you need to select first and last day you want to modify. To select one day click on it 2 times.
  • Step 4 - Set availability, price, status ...
  • Step 5 - Click Submit button to save the data you added.
Set availability for hours in multiple days
  • Step 1 & 2 - Select first and last day you want to modify. To select one day click on it 2 times.

  • Step 3 - Set days informations and notes. Availability, price & status will be calculated from hours data.
  • Step 4 - Enter hours definitions, if you want them to be different than the default ones. Click the checkbox to save the data.
  • Step 5 - Set availability, price, status ... for all hours from the selected days. Click the checkbox to save the data.
  • Step 6 - Click Submit button to save the data you added.

  • Step 1 - Click on the clock icon to display all hours for a day.
  • Step 2 & 3 - Select first and last hours you want to modify. To select one hour click on it 2 times.
  • Step 4 - Set availability, price, status ...
  • Step 5 - Click Submit button to save the data you added.

  • Button 1 - Add calendar. Click on it to add a new calednar
  • Button 2 - Calendars help box.
Calendars list
  • Item 3 - Calendar ID.
  • Item 4 - Calendar name.
  • Item 5 - Calendar author.
  • Item 6 - The number of pending reservations.
  • Item 7 - The number of approved reservations.
  • Item 8 - The number of rejected reservations.
  • Item 9 - The number of canceled reservations.

Calendar buttons
  • Button 10 - Display calendar to set availability.
  • Button 11 - Display calendar settings.
  • Button 12 - Display calendar notifications settings.
  • Button 13 - Display calendar payment gateways settings.
  • Button 14 - Display calendar user permissions settings.
  • Button 15 - Delete calendar. All data related to this calendar will be deleted, including reservations.
  • Button 16 - Calendar help box.
Availability form
  • Button 17 - Submit form data. Click on it to set availability.
  • Button 18 - Reset (remove) selected period data. Click on it to remove availability.
  • Button 19 - Close form. Click on it to cancel the availability form.
  • Item 20 - The first day of the period selected to set availability.
  • Item 21 - The last day of the period selected to set availability.
  • Item 22 - Set selected days/hours status.
  • Item 23 - Set selected days/hours price.
  • Item 24 - Set selected days/hours promotional price.
  • Item 25 - Set selected days/hours number of items available. Leave it blank to not display any number. The default value is 1.
  • Item 26 - Set selected days/hours information, which will be visible to the users.
  • Item 27 - Set selected days/hours notes, which will be visible only to the administrators.
  • Item 28 - Group selected days/hours into a single block. All data will be attributed to it.
